For the enjoyment of all, please kindly observe the following:

  • This property is not suitable for children under 12 years

  • No pets allowed

  • No smoking allowed

  • We have a strict no party policy

  • No extra guests are allowed to the house without prior consent

  • All accommodation to be paid in full at the time of booking

  • The person booking the accommodation with A Nomadic Abode is responsible for the behaviour and conduct of any parties present at A Nomadic Abode on account of that person’s booking, as well as all financial matters such as reimbursement for any damage to the property during the course of their stay or additional cleaning required as a result of their stay

  • A $1,000 security bond will be taken at commencement of your stay as security for damage, excess cleaning costs and extra charges incurred in relation to your visit. This security bond will be returned in full after departure, subject to the property & contents being found to be in good order. Should the security bond not cover the extent of damage or additional cleaning incurred, then those further costs shall be debited to the credit card which was provided upon your booking with A Nomadic Abode

  • We expect and encourage an appropriate level of care to be taken during your stay. This property has been lovingly-curated with many custom fixtures and finishes as well as personal items. On departure, the accommodation must be left in a similar state to its condition upon arrival. Any extra cleaning required will result in a $50/hour additional charge – minimum charge of $100

  • Continuation of this booking is seen as acknowledgement to the terms and conditions noted above

  • All prices are in AUD

Check In & Check Out

Check In is available from 3.00pm on the date of booking.

Check Out is on or before 10.00am on the day of departure.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation and/or rescheduling requests to be made in writing.

Full refund for cancellations made in writing 7 days or more prior to arrival. For cancellations made with less than 7 days’ written notice, 100% of money paid will be forfeited.

Special dispensation will be made for cancellations due to government-enforced travel restrictions related to Covid which prevent either the property and/or the guest from legally fulfilling the booking.
